U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Kashou is a 14-year-old student at Garden City High School, Garden City, Michigan. As part of the Sea Cadet program, he participates in a two-week live-aboard training program on the Bristol Bay .
While aboard, he performs duties like throwing the heaving line ashore, as shown above, or operating deck gear like the power winch when joining the tug and barge.
