The previous owner of my BW 22 outrage fabricated a anchor device in the nose.
I ws done with GRP and the stuuf is trown all over the inside stern. From apoint a beauty he has ruined the boat.

Building back (rebuilding) is not the problem. But how do I get the non-skid back as it was before. The nose and side benched all heavely affected.
Even the whaler dealer in Holland was not so amused.
Who knows??

There is a place that will sell small sections of non-skid of various designs. Some of the designs are said to be origional equipment manufacturer specifications.

I do not know if they have the Whaler anti-skid. I will have to check my reference material and I will let you know of the address.

In the Gougeon Bros. (West Epoxy) fiberglass repair booklet, there is information on how to make your own nonslip pattern for such repairs. I have not tried it, but it does not look or sound too difficult.

You should be able to pick up this booklet wherever West Epoxy items are sold.

Thank you all.
After I was confronted with a huge price at the Boston Whaler dealer in the Netherlands, I have deliverd the vessel at a small GRP boat building and maintenane facility.
They will repair the boat into the original shape with the original non skid by drawing a model from the available non-skid and all for a very reasonable price. ( less than 50% that the quoted price by the dealer )
The boat is there. The job will be done.
Thnak you all.
