No. I have used an app that listens to the engine. Not sure how accurate it is, but shows 5800 with one aboard, 5500sh with 2 adults, two kids, about 510lbs.

Classic 13 with E-TEC 30
[On a classic 13-foot Boston Whaler boat with an Evinrude E-TEC-30 engine] has anyone tried a 14-pitch propeller? I had a propeller of 10 x 12 that came with the E-TEC 30, and I recently tried an OEM propeller of 10.3 x 13 to get more top-end speed. I could not tell a lot of difference, maybe 2 to 3...
