I am sure there are others out there that look better. I did re position them to be less obvious and I have to admit they do h...

Drink Holder
These [drink holder that can be seen below] are great and are from a company called Zarcor. They cost about $20; they are strong, and they are gimbaled.

Re: Trolling Motor Mount 150 Montauk
Here are some photos of a front mount trolling motor on my 1988 Montauk 17. The front rail unscrews and swings back to allow the motor to be placed in the water.

WTB, 1988 Montauk 17 console cover
Would like to purchase a console, RPS, and cooler cover for my 1988 Montauk 17. If you have one you are not using and it needs a new home please let me know.

Re: Trailer Modifications
Bob,
On my trailer for the Montauk I installed guides for the bunks. Sure makes it easier to load. Also LED lighting which is waterproof and seems to be less problem prone than the original lighting.

Re: MONTAUK 17 Console instrument placement
http://continuouswave.com/forum/download/file.php?id=1394 The Whaler is getting a new Yamaha F70 this week and I expect I will get a call from the shop about engine instruments. If you were starting with this console, what instruments would you consider necessary (tach, speedo?) and how would you p...

MONTAUK 17 Console: Wood Trim: Gauge Layout
I have a newly acquired 1988 Whaler Montauk 17. Is the wood on the console factory original? Or, a later added custom item? I am relatively sure the back seat is custom. Has anyone seen a console with [wood added]? Thanks--Tom
