For reference - here is a photo of the transom/splashwell of a 15' owned by 'wlagarde' from Whaler Central. It looks like the upper holes were drilled than mine, while the lower holes are maybe 1" higher than mine. He said he used the "green" hole spacing for the lower holes. I like t...
