Thanks to all. I will call Boston Whaler. I have tried everything, even taking out the rod holders to access the nuts inside. As soon as I do this I will post the solution.

My seat is shown [in SHEET 3 of the linked drawing set mentioned above]. My seat has the integrated live well. I don`t have access to the fasteners inside.

Thanks for the tip, the problem is that I don`t know how to remove the screws to replace the part.
