Thanks Phil - I had a 17' for years on the west coast when I was younger - now at 85 years old I feel that the 17' is too much to handle at the ramp. Thanks for the suggestion.

Previously I had a 13 Super Sport Whaler and would seldom venture out past jetty because of rougher water. Now I am choosing between a 1986 13 Super Sport or a 2002 13 Sport model and hoping to gain better handling in rougher water with the Sport model. Have spent most time in Intercoastal for that ...
