Auxiliary Engine Fuel From Main Fuel Tank
I would appreciate advice on the proper way to hook a 4 stroke kicker engine to the main fuel tank on my Outrage I was spinning off my gasoline-water fuel separating filter and noticed a brass plug on a unused port on the outflow side of the housing. Is it as simple as taking out that brass plug and...

Re-power with Yamaha F250 from Ox66
At long last, I am re-powering to a new Yamaha F250 in the 3.3-liter mechanical-controls version from my 2000-model-year Yamaha Ox66. I am getting more committed by each winter day to put on a 250HO something. Probably an E-TEC 250HO or a...

Re: Overpowering and Insurance
Thanks RidgeRunner, You have been the first I know of that has done this with a major carrier and and done the homework to be sure it was approved in "underwriting" It has opened the possibilities to me in my upcoming repower this spring to go up 25hp and in an HO which I could really use ...

Overpowering and Insurance
There are quite a few threads on the archived forum about overpowering and insurance. From those discussions I have gathered the following: 1- Don't do it 2- Even if you call in a boat/engine combo that is overpowered it may get through the front door or insurance salesmen who may not know or unders...
