Hello all. I am new to the Forum and looking for a bit of info if I might.
We are are repair and restore facility in Ft Lauderdale that repairs and restores classic boats, like Bertram, SeaCraft, Mako, etc. I've done a couple of 15-foot Boston Whaler boats. Now a customer has entrusted us to do a 1989 Outrage 22.
I am trying to source the teak pieces for the console. We can refinish some of what he has, but on some it would be cheaper to buy new than it would be for us to fabricate.
Specialty doesn't have them and neither does Blackduck.
Any suggestions?
Regards,
Ole Parker

Over the years there have been several cottage-industry suppliers of replacement teak parts, but most have left that marketplace. At the moment, Black Duck Gallery is the only recommended supplier. See

It would be quite unusual to find alternate vendors with off-the-shelf parts in stock. If you have the original wooden component, fabricating a duplicate yourself is probably the most expedient solution.

Thank you for the reply, maybe that will end up being the case. :-(
