I am finished remodeling the 2004 Nantucket Console. Got everything we wanted in the place we wanted it.
What do you think?

Wow. Great layout. Professional-looking installation, and usable in the best sense of the word. Ergonomically functional. Lots of capability, but not cluttered-looking. Nice job!

Thank you Sirs. My wife and I planned the remodel right down to the Captain & 1st Mates iPhone Holders.

Looks really nice—good job with the design. My only observation is the placement of the trim tab switches: you may find it a little awkward to use them at speed with a little chop. I have mine closer to the binacle on the flat surface so they are right there if I need to make adjustments while underway.

Thanks. Yep I used the hole that was existing. So far it has not been a problem. I figured if I needed to move I could always drill another hole. Don't like drilling :-)

Can you explain the two phones, what are they used for?
When running in a sea, I would be concerned they would get ejected from their holders.

This is an inshore boat and we always have cell coverage. That is my iPhone on left and her iPhone on right. They are used mostly for communication, radar ,weather etc... Siri is great. Don't even have to take out of case!
Believe me those iPhones are very tightly secured. No worries. We found on every boat we have owned (quite a few), that a case holder works way better than a cup holder for iPhones ;-)

Real nice set-up and well executed.
Good enough for near shore too and not just inland.
Is that a small Blue-Tooth speaker on top right?
Very nice

It is the Fusion StereoActive BT, USB, AM, FM and Weather. We use it in our boat, golf cart, pool, spa, porch, etc... Actually take it with us off the back of boat. Floats and is water proof.
Thank You
