23 foot TideRunner

I found an old post called Return To Displacement Vessels where JMARTIN posted pictures of a 23 ft Tiderunner.
I recently ran into the boat in this attached photo.
Does anyone knew its approximate weight, year of manufacure, value etc.?
It has a 4cyl Perkins diesel and apparently can sip all day, every day.
