Q2: Do you have any or all of the original windshield?

If so, the existing windshield could be used as a template to make a new one. Craftsmen skilled in cutting, heating, and bending plexiglas might be able to make a new windshield for you. I suspect that Boston Whaler didn’t make the original; they probably farmed out that work to a specialist artisan or shop.

I do not have an existing one or access to one. I agree, that would be best.

Boston Whaler sources out the windshield to a company. I was told that company doesn't want to bother making them. A dealer told me the windshield maker—Instead of just saying no to Boston Whaler—priced the OEM part out of reason and therefore killed the business on this particular windshield.

Make a cardboard template of the windshield then buy a sheet of bronze plexi and using a heat gun, bend it.

Buy a plexi cutting blade for a jigsaw and a drill bit for the holes.

A bit of a challenging project.

I recently bought a windshield for my 170 [unspecified model] from them for $400. They had a template. They can make custom windshields.

Try contacting UPD PLASTICS directly. I am sure they can tell you all about their services, prices, and which boats they have templates for. If you need information about their company and their resources, the best place to get that information is from them. They sound like a good lead for finding a replacement windshield for a 2017 130 SUPER SPORT.
