Q1: is the driver seat on a 170 MONTAUK wide enough for two adults to share the seat?


Q2: if two adults are aboard a 170 MONTAUK, where would the second adult sit {if not at the helm seat]?


BACKSTORY
I may buy the 170 MONTAUK [but I am concerned about the seating]. I do not think the cooler seat forward of the helm console would be of much use.

Typically the helm seat on a 170 MONTAUK is the best seating position on the boat, and two adults can sit there simultaneously, as long as the two adults are not very large people.

If the second person prefers to sit elsewhere, then a seat in the stern of the boat is probably the next best location.
