Q1: can a Boston Whaler [a 1998 CONQUEST 21 boat with a] Unibond hull be left supported on Brownell BLT4 Trailer Mounted Boat Lift jack for a long period without damage to the hull?
BACK STORY
Upon looking at photos of my [floppy-roller trailer] it looks like the trailer would be easy to convert to a bunk trailer.
I think I will [convert the floppy roller trailer into a bunk trailer] over the winter [of 2024 - 2025].
I have to put the boat [on] Brownell BLT4 Trailer Mounted Boat Lift or some other product, but I do not want to damage the hull.
While the boat is on the Brownell BLT4 Trailer Mounted Boat Lift I could examine the hull and,if there are dimples rom the rollers, make any repairs.

Re: Using Brownell BLT4 Trailer Mounted Boat Lift to Support a Unibond Hull
At a cost of $1,134 each, the Brownell BLT4 Trailer Mounted Boat Lift seems like a very expensive product.
You should plan ahead on the trailer conversion, have all the necessary parts on hand, and then get the boat off the trailer for a day or two while you do the trailer conversion. If you don't have any place to keep the boat while off the trailer, rent a slip at a local marina for two days. That won't cost more than $100 at the most.
Also, you should consider converting the floppy roller trailer into a trailer that combines keel rollers and support bunks.
