1990 SUPER SPORT LIMITED 15: My First Boston Whaler and First Restoration

I found this 1990 SUPER SPORT LIMITED 15 for sale on eBay.
This is my first Boston Whaler boat and will be my first boat restoration.
The engine on this boat had problems with the power tilt/trim unit. After a little tinkering the 2001 Yamaha F50 engine started.
The owner stopped using the 1990 SUPER SPORT LIMITED 15 in the summer of 2024. The boat had been on a dock in Naples Island, Long Beach, Ca for a couple of decades.
I called Boston Whaler and was informed that this boat was manufactured on September 12, 1989, delivered to a dealer in Newport Beach, California.
I plan to perform a complete restoration.
So far I’ve stripped everything from the boat, and mounted the boat on a rotisserie to allow for the fiberglass repairs and painting.
Planned upgrades to be done in the future: Atlas Micro Jacker, Garmin 742 chartplotter, Fusion MS-BB100 black box, Baystar hydraulic steering, 14 gallon Moeller gas tank, engine servicing, paint work and upholstery.
