Q1: what was involved in [the remedy to the problem that was the topic of] the Boston Whaler Service Bulletin 24-13 about the fastening of the towing arch on some 2023 190 MONTAUK boats, as seen below?

For me to get my boat to a Boston Whaler dealer [in order to have them perform the warranty repair as indicated in the service bulletin] would require a bit of effort.

BACK STORY
I just recently became the owner of 2023 190 MONTAUK in a private party sale. I submitted the request to transfer the warranty, which was successful. In reply, Boston Whaler let me know that there is an open service bulletin for the tow arch fastening.

I got the same alert when I registered my new to me 2018 this year. I haven’t brought it in yet for this.
