Trailer Tire and Wheels

I ordered four new tires mounted on four new rims on Tuesday morning at 8a.m. They were on my front porch on Thursday by 5 p.m. delivered by UPS. Free shipping and no tax. Wow!! A business that over delivers on customer satisfaction:

A good trailer parts source for East Coast members is easternmarine.com. They carry Loadstar brand tires (OEM on Load Rite trailers) which I really like.

ST v. LT tires

I believe LT tires are better suited for boat trailers than are ST tires in many cases.

I think the ST tires are made for trailers vs the LT tires for trucks. Best prices I have found without tax and free shipping at trailertiresandwheels in Ohio.

I have used Scott's (the owner) excellent service at http://www.trailertiresandwheels.com/ for six years now.
I have purchased either at the shop or through the website for my RV, motorcycle and boat trailers. It's nice to have matching wheels in the driveway as well.

I just buy my trailer tires from my local DISCOUNT TIRES dealer. I don't have any way to mount a tire that I got mail order onto my trailer wheel. It is much simpler to just let DISCOUNT TIRES do that for me. DISCOUNT TIRES sells Carlisle brand trailer radial tires. I have never had any problems with them. And there are a lot of DISCOUNT TIRE stores in the midwest.
