Classic 15 center console - side mount controls?

Tldr- does anyone have this setup and could share a picture / experience with it ?
Longer story -
I recently picked up a Honda BF50 for my classic 15 with the center console. Mine currently has an omc binnacle mount which looks nice / clean as the cables run down through the tunnel. The BF50 came with cables and a side mount. Honda did a nice job of integrating key, kill switch, warning lights, etc into the control. Unfortunately the Honda binnacle control requires an additional four panels for all that stuff. Debating just sticking with side mount but wasn’t sure how to route cables — anyone attempted ? Tx !!
