Outrage 18,22,25 Rub Rail source?

I am looking to replace the Outrage 25 Rub Rail and wanted to see if anyone has used the Taco products.
Best I can tell it's a white Taco V21-9678 (mounted upside down) and a black V12-4144 insert.
Can anyone confirm that? Was Taco the OEM on mid design Outrage models?
