2002 210 outrage water intrusion.

I have a 2002 outrage 210 with a 3” list to the right and want to find out the best way to drain the water out and what the most like causes of the problem are .
Don't assume.
Investigate in a methodical fashion. One item at a time.
Q: What are the symptoms of what you think is water intrusion? At rest? Underway? What is the position of the trim tab above the engine? Looking down from above what direction of the clock is it pointing? Where are the batteries?
