1967 13-footer Transom Replacement

The transom of 1967 13-footer will need replacing, and I have come to terms with that.
Cracks have appeared in the corners of the transom where it meets the gunwales and also very small cracks that are stained brown have appeared in the corners of the V-notch area where the reinforcing plywood is located.
The heavy four-stroke-power-cycle engine and the hard chop the 13-footer has been but through have probably done her no favors either/
Q1--AKA the main question: what the best way to repair the transom is?
ASIDE: I have access to free 3/4-inch marine plywood project remnants from my job, but the curved transom complicates the repair. Bending 3/4-inch plywood over the very thin hull laminate skin doesn't seem possible.
Perhaps I could use many sheets of 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch plywood or even COOSA BOARD glued together with epoxy resin to make the bend.
I've also read good things about pourable transom products like Seacast or Arjay 6011 which wouldn't require any bending of sheet materials.
[Advice based on] any relevant experience would be very helpful.
